ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

DELIVERY TIMES:

  • EU: 2–6 business days

  • Outside the EU: 2–12 business days

After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number. We use trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and local services InPost.

IMPORTANT: CUSTOMS & FAILED DELIVERIES

  • Customs & Fees: Customers are responsible for any applicable VAT, customs duties, or other fees for deliveries outside the European Union.

  • Unclaimed Packages & Refused Customs Fees: If a delivery fails because it was unclaimed, or because the customer refused to pay applicable customs duties/VAT:

    • For Ready-Made Products: All shipping costs (both the original delivery fee and the return shipping fee charged by the carrier) are strictly non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

    • For Made-to-Order Products: No refund will be issued under any circumstances. If you wish to have the item sent again, you will be responsible for covering the additional shipping costs.
